With the shindig next to the Port of Oakland approaching, I thought
everyone would be relieved to know that our ports will soon have
nuclear-material detectors that *won't* be set off by kitty litter or
truckloads of bananas both of which are apparently somewhat radioactive.

I hope someone will sign up to bring banana splits for the potluck now that
you know you probably won't have to deal with a nuclear strip search. And,
I've got the kitty litter covered!
